Where do I find out about vacancies at ZZ2?
Are there any jobs at ZZ2?
All our professional and administrative vacancies are advertised on our website, ZZ2.co.za, in local and national newspapers, and on online platforms. When a position becomes available, the instructions on how to apply are stated on the advertisement.
We do not advertise positions for semi-skilled employees as these positions are filled through networks in local communities and through a process with the Department of Labour.
How do I apply for a job at ZZ2?
All positions are advertised by the Human Resources Department. To apply for a job, kindly send a CV to firstname.lastname@example.org. When e-mailing your CV, please use the Subject Line of the e-mail to state the position and reference number on the advertisement you are applying for.
If you fax your CV, please make sure the name and reference number of the position you are applying for are stated clearly to make identification easy.

Does ZZ2 offer jobs for drivers?
We do not specifically advertise for drivers. Drivers’ positions are filled by way of internal progression where internal candidates are given precedence.

Does ZZ2 offer apprenticeships?
ZZ2 do offer apprenticeships, but we have only limited opportunities. These apprenticeships concentrate on developing specific skills applicable to our field of business and specific needs. Vacant apprenticeship positions are filled at the beginning of each year with the emphasis on developing our internal ZZ2 talent pool as a first choice.
If apprenticeships become available for external applicants, it will be advertised on our website, ZZ2.co.za, in local and national newspapers, and on online platforms.
Does ZZ2 offer bursaries?
Bursaries are offered to candidates in specific fields of study, relevant to our operational requirements. Our bursary scheme is not a generic scheme. It is focussed on the development of specific skills which are derived from our company’s strategic plan. Other considerations are a candidate’s affiliation with the company and inspiration and interest in our work, thus the establishment of a mutually beneficial long-term relationship.
Does ZZ2 offer learnerships?
We do offer learnerships which are available to external candidates within our geographical area of operations. Candidates must attend a stringent internal selection process. Learnerships start at the beginning of each year and run a full year and/or until the candidate is sufficiently trained. Does ZZ2 offer Work Integrated Learning schemes (WIL)?
Work Integrated Learning schemes are directly linked to tertiary institutions associated with ZZ2. It is only available to students who are following a programme at one of these universities/colleges that require practical modules and/or work experience. During this period, inspired graduates are identified jointly by the company and the tertiary institutions and the WIL candidates will then be given the opportunity to complete their practical exposure within ZZ2.
Can ZZ2 teach me how to farm (for a short period of time without remuneration)?
ZZ2 is a commercial farming enterprise with the purpose to produce food for customers locally and, increasingly, globally. We focus on the development of our people within the ZZ2 system. Employees are taught skills in farming, and, in line with the laws of the country, ZZ2 do not employ person/s without remuneration. Institutions such as AgriSeta may be of further assistance in this regard.
